Developer - mobile app deployment

I have an app (at this stage only for Android 10) written in React Native. I have a need for a developer to deploy the app and get it operational on the Digital Ocean server platform. The app needs to be deployed by 15 October 2021.

The developer would need to have the following skills:

Web server management
CakePHP
MySQL
React Native
