Database with four tables with 420,000, 640,000, 43,000, and 200,000 lines, respectively

I am in the process of creating a database of four tables, with 420,000, 640,000, 43,000, and 200,000 lines, respectively. I need help with this project, as it is a large undertaking. I'd like to use MySQL as the database management system and require that the data is cleaned prior to being entered into the database. The purpose of this database is for data analysis. I'm looking for someone who can set up and manage this database, so that I can easily access and utilize the data.
