Database for a training provider -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an database for my training centre . My main focus is to store students and attendance records, so I need the freelancer to collect attendance information in the database. The database must be accessible only at a local level, and I estimate that it will have more than seven tables. The freelancer I am looking for needs to have experience with database design and implementation, and be available through to the completion of the project.
