Database design for Indian Company with branches in more than one state , more than one GST registration ERP

I am developing small accounting software/finance module, want to design database for Indian Pvt Ltd Company, records need to be maintained as per Indian Company Act , requirements of Income tax need to be take care. Database required for deploying finance and accounts module only, There will be one Head office, Multiple branches with separate GST registration, Books maintained should comply with Indian Company Act., Income tax act, GST compliant. We should be able to abstract Company account statement and also branch wise statements, gst and other statutory reports , GL reports, leger reports, customers & vendor ledgers, dimension analysis for ledger entries from the data base
Those who have experience in database design for companies and involved in ERP development, maintenance preferred
