Database Replication / Cluster in MySQL

I want to replicate/cluster MySQL database.
Note :
# One DB should have Read Write access whereas other two database should be read only.
# Don't want to generate bin log like Master Slave Replication in MySQL.
# Galera can be done but has to be with MySQL not with MariaDB.
