Database Project

I am seeking a freelancer with experience designing and developing relational databases to complete a project for me. While I am open to different platforms, I am still researching my options to determine which platform will best suit my needs. I am looking for someone who can begin work immediately, as I need the project to be completed as soon as possible. I need different levels of DFD with ER Diagram along with MySQL codes.
