Database + Frontend to manage device data

I need a database and frontend to manage data for my smart home devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with developing web applications. The frontend will be responsible for device control and management. The database will need to support the storage of data related to smart home devices and their associated attributes. The ideal skills for this project include proficiency with web development technologies and experience with smart home devices and their protocols. I have pre-built scripts that I need to run to generate the necessary device data, along with generating serial numbers, etc.
