Database Designer/Architect

I have inherited a MySQL database from a leaving CTO that is hundreds of tables with no documentation or forign keys in being used in live production

I am looking for a Database designer to take the schema provided with example data (masked for GDPR) for each table and to create an ERD with forign and compersite keys and a data dictonary to go with it
