Data extraction API from mssql to wordpress

We need an API that will automatically upload products to wordpress by connecting with remote SQL. We have mssql remote access information. The table structure here will load the data by adapting it to the wordpress database structure according to the directives we will give.

Only stock code, stock name, ean/barcode, price, stock number will be drawn from the database.
