Data & Graph Analysis of MySQL Database

Hello,
We have a working system with a MySQL database that is storing:
- Client data;
- Revenue;
- Purchases;
- Inventory losses;
- Products;
- Multiple stores.
We would like to get very accurate KPI's for the business from experienced data scientist. In total there are roughly 20 MySQL tables to get information from, there will be times where information needs to be crossed between 2/3 tables.
Features needed:
- Export raw data for the time frame selected;
- Compare current time frame with previous month/year.
We need bar graphs, pie chart and raw data but wouldn't like to go with the common design for these dashboards. Would like something really advanced.
Language needs to be web (PHP or JavaScript). An example of a dashboard is attached, obviously it will have more data.
