A DBA to fix MYSQL database authenticated error when the server goes under large load

I have a problem with my server hosted in amazon that whenever I simulate a large load the database shows authenticated error in the show processlist. please note that the access to the server should be through anydesk or TeamViewer and not direct access will be provided.
