DAoC DOL Windows Private Server Setup

I need a clean, repeatable installation of a Dawn of Light private server on a Windows machine. The workflow is straightforward:
• Use the MySQL installer (v8.x) to stand up a fresh instance, create the database, then import the Eve-of-Darkness public-db.sql dump.
• Unpack the latest stable pre-built DOL release, run DolConfig to point at MySQL, and bind the world server to 127.0.0.1:10300.
• Install the DAoC Portal client, register a custom shard, and confirm that I can log in locally (the first account should default to admin/GM).
• Add simple inbound/outbound rules in Windows Firewall so everything stays reachable on the local LAN only.
• Hand off a concise one-to-two-page note set covering start/stop commands, config file paths, quick backup steps, and how to rotate/change passwords.
