We need to replace a process, where production planning data can be entered for a number of production steps (machines) and tasks per segment assigned to certain employees.
Respective information is retrieved by an IIoT gateway at each machine and visualized to the employee.
Machine data (takt time, time used for changing setups etc.) then is written into the database together with employee's data and can be retrieved in the HR department (as time used per tasks has an impact on bonuses to be paid).
We need a ballpark figure about cost estimates as budget is limited .
