Custom PHP + MySQL Inventory Management System for NAS

I am looking for a custom PHP + MySQL inventory management system that can run on my NAS (Synology/QNAP/TrueNAS). The system should include the following features:
- Product Master: Code, name, part number, category, unit, and current stock.
- Stock In/Out Tracking: With history logs.
- Vendor & Customer Management.
- Location Hierarchy: Warehouse → Room → Rack, with warehouse-wise reporting.
- Reports: Current stock, transactions by date/product/vendor/customer.
- QR/Barcode Support: Auto-generate and scan via phone browser.
- User Roles: Admin, Manager, Staff with distinct permissions.
- Export Options: Excel and PDF reports.
- Basic PWA Support: Installable shortcut and offline cache for UI.
- Deployment on NAS: Including a setup guide.
