Create small databse

Hello, i hope you are OK.
Before reading, this is a very urgent task. I can't wait 1 whole day or even more. I need this into 1.5 hour, i know it is possible. And also need start now!

This is a website that buys cars from people. This is my requirement:

Clients need to enter their car number on the index page into that input field (see image) and later on price.php it will show you the offer price.

I wanna make a small database where i can insert the price for some specific car numbers.

So for example i insert into database:
Car number = JF-485-FV
Price = 300$

Then if anyone enters that car number into in input field (see image) then will view on page named price.php the offer for 300$

If car number and price not is set in database, no price will be showed on price.php

I can't wait 1 whole day or even more. I need this into 1.5 hour, i know it is possible. And also need start now!
