Project Title: Create a chatbot on my company website using a large language model API
Requirement 1: Integrate the API from one of the large language models (GPT-4, BERT, Anthropic etc.) into my website. People from my profession are able to submit questions and get the answers.
Requirement 2: Fine tuning of the model
Requirement 3: I have sourced professionals from my career through an online directory. So essentially I have a database of 25k professionals in an Excel sheet. Basically I'd like to explore if users can submit questions related to the database and get answers. For example "tell me all actuaries working in the city of Detroit" etc.
Please quote me your hourly rate, and the expected number of hours you think it will take you to build all these 3 requirements.
