Convert the code to use Oracle instead of MySQL

Hi, We have an application that was developed using php, MySQL. The client wants us to change the database from MySQL to Oracle (v 19 I think). We do not have Oracle skills in house. So, I am looking for a person who has done this type of work or at least has worked 4 years hands-on in Oracle based applications. The client is not willing to allow us to remotely connect. Therefore, I need someone who will physically accompany my Team Lead to the client office to complete the work. Estimated time I would require the person full time in Chennai is 3 weeks. Please let me know if you can undertake this work. Thank you.
