Convert Datatable to server_side processing

I have a datatable that is working with multiple complex queries. But since the size of the dataset has surpassed 32,000 records, It takes 22 minutes to load the page. Thats why i need to change it to server_side processing so it should not take fraction of the time that it is currently taking. The page in in the attachment
