Convert MS Access Front End to Web Based (Backend is MariaDB)

We currently have an MS Access Front End with a MariaDB backend. We want a web based front end with MariaDB backend - so decommissioning MS Access front end.
We have approximately 100 forms.
The majority of queries have been converted to SQL but there still are some that are in MS Access and they will have to be converted.
