Connect existing Azure MySQL database to a desktop app like Excel, Access, or Google Sheets
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing Azure MySQL database I would like to connect to Microsoft Access as a front end preferably. If not possible or fairly simple, looking for a way to connect to either Excel or Google Sheets.
Please include in your proposal how often you have performed similar tasks/projects and preferably some evidence of that experience with either suggestions of how you approach this.
I tried using a ODBC connection string in VBA but Azure doesn't provide ODBC connection strings for MySQL from what I can tell.
