Comprehensive E-commerce Web Application Development

I am looking for a proficient web developer to build a comprehensive e-commerce website with the following features:
- User Roles: The site needs to support two user roles - Admin and Customer. An intuitive admin interface for managing the site, user rights, and content is a must.
- User Authentication: The authentication system should include Email and password login, as well as social media logins. Security is crucial, so implementing a secure and efficient authentication process is key.
- Catalogue Database: The item catalogue needs to be categorized by product type. This includes a robust database with an Item Master that supports serial number import, export and viewing.
- Customer Database: Each customer should be assigned a unique code. The database should be able to track and manage customer interactions seamlessly.
- WhatsApp Multiuser Chat Inbox: Integrating a multi-user WhatsApp chat inbox for customer service is required.
- Order Management: The site should handle both online and offline orders (gate pass).
- Payment Gateway: Integration of RazorPay for online transactions, alongside a direct pay option to the company account is necessary.
- Shipment Tracking: The site should integrate with the Delhivery Shipment API to provide real-time status and charges.
- Dispatch Slip Integration: The system should push serial numbers as remarks for printing on dispatch slips.
- Offline Order Form: A system to create offline order forms with device serial numbers is required.
