1. Item Master Database Creation
• A centralized item master database will be created to maintain a complete list of all inventory items.
• The database will be managed and controlled by an admin user, who will have the rights to add, update, or delete items as required.
2. Barcode-Based Inventory Interaction
• Each inventory item or group of items will be assigned a dedicated barcode, which will be physically placed on the stand or shelf where the items are stored.
• Users can scan the barcode using a handheld device (scanner or mobile device) to interact with the inventory system.
3. Inventory Adjustment (Inflow & Outflow)
• After scanning the barcode, the user will have the option to add new stock or remove/sell items directly through the device.
• The system will automatically update the inventory in real-time.
• Items sold or removed will be deducted from the stock.
• Items added will be incremented in the stock.

• The Material management software will include an automated low stock alert system.
• Admins or users will receive notifications when stock levels reach a predefined minimum threshold, allowing timely reordering.
