Cloud Development Environment Setup

I am in search of a skilled and experienced freelancer who will help me set up my development environment on a cloud platform. Although I am still undecided on whether to use Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services, your valuable input will guide my decision.
I have developed a prototype using a low-code platform, (running on AWS and Microsoft SQL) but I need to start a parallel project to produce a fully scalable and more generic version. I am able to create the database and user interface once the development environment is all set up. I will probably need help with some code. I have a strong preference for SQL database as this is what I know..
