Client Distribution Map Enhancement

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to enhance our existing Client Distribution Map. It currently displays basic client locations in our country.
I'd like to add more filter options. On the attachment you will see I posted a screenshot showing area A, B, C, etc which are the provinces/states in our country.
We would like to be able to only open area A, B, or C, etc and not the whole map or a combination of any of the two/three.
Please use the letters MUL on the first line of your bid to show me that you have read this project description. Also show me examples of similar work done before.
