Car Reselling Platform

I need a Website + Android/iOS application to run my used car sale/purchase business.

Use Cases
* System admin can upload pictures and various details of cars that are available with me to be purchased by visitors or logged-in users.
* A visitor could see a list of cars according to his filter choice (Price, Brand, Mfg Yr, etc)
* A logged-in user can upload the pictures and details of the car he wants to sell.
* Admin of the system could allow/ban/edit such uploaded material.
