Car Inspection Report Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm in need of a car inspection report design that can be filled out like a form.
- Format: The inspection report should be designed in such a way that it can be filled multiple times and record that data.
- Storage: All filled inspection data needs to be stored in a local file.
- Database: For storing the data, I prefer using MySQL.
Ideal skills for the job include:
- Proficiency in form design
- Experience with MySQL
- Ability to create user-friendly, fillable PDF/Word/Excel forms.
Please note, the final product should be able to facilitate easy data entry and retrieval.
I have attached one sample report format, and one excel sheet from which all data should be include in final report.
