hi, I need to find\develop 3rd software that can connect to my DB (sql\mysql\MariaDB) customer IDs when my customer is getting my IVR I'll forward the call using SIPT to 3rd ID check.
if it is in the DB he will move forward to the right Q.
otherwise, it will move to a different Sales Q.
