CPanel Flask MySql Connection -- 2

I am looking for a skilled developer who is experienced in Python and Flask to assist me with setting up a CPanel Flask MySql connection for my project.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Strong knowledge of Flask framework
- Experience with setting up and configuring CPanel hosting accounts
- Familiarity with MySql database management
- Ability to create a basic CRUD system using Flask on CPanel

Project Requirements:
- Set up a Flask application in CPanel (requirements.txt etc.,)
- Establish a connection between Flask and MySql database on CPanel
- Create a basic CRUD system for managing user data
- Ensure the project is compatible with CPanel hosting environment

Specifics:
- Flask, Jijna2 MySQL db
- There is a table (emp) with 2 columns 'name' and 'age'
- Page 1 - Display all records from DB (Along with Edit and Delete buttons/ functionality)
- Page 2 - A simple form to collect name and age and write to DB
- Note: SQL config should specifically mention port number (such that it can be modified later)
