Build me a website (WordPress multi-merchant platform)

Hello.. I want to build an integrated WordPress site (the site depends on the multi-merchant system). I want an integrated site with everything regarding payment methods, how to withdraw commissions from the site, conditions and privacy.. and site design.. site speed..etc.. It works only in Egypt.. I set the time by default, and everyone is requested to mention the time and budget in which the required will be implemented... I hope that the offer will only be submitted by a person who understands and is empowered and has work experience.. Otherwise, it will not be accepted..
