Header on every page to include a logo (insert generic filler, will replace later) in the left hand corner, and from right to left include the following buttons; register now/my account, login/logout, contact us, about us.
Also include banner for google add cents.
Footer on every page to include standard copyright text.
Every page must scale to different device sizes
Home Page
Simple welcome page with a selector box for pet allowance (cats, dogs or no pets) and city/state or zip code search box that leads to a map.
Add in generic background picture (will replace later)

Forgot password recovery
User registration
Hotel provider
Include first name, last name, phone number, email address, company name, company address and website (website not mandatory).
Consumer

Ability to add brief company description (300 character limit)

When hotel provider adds hotel to map create map pins
Only show map pins based on which selector box was chosen during search (cats, dogs or no pets)
Map pins are to change color based on if the vacancy toggle is vacant (blue) or no vacancy (red)
When hovering over the map pin display the Company name, logo and brief description
When map pin is clicked on display full company details on floating panel to left hand side
Details include Company name, phone number, website, address and whether or not they have vacancy.
If consumer/hotel user is logged in add a check box that notifies when a vacancy becomes available by email
If no hotels map pins are clicked, display all visible hotels in box on left hand side
If consumer/hotel user is logged in add a button on each hotel listing that automatically adds them to the consumer's list that notifies them when a vacancy becomes available by email using Mailgun
If not logged in notate “Register now to be notified when there is a vacancy”
Administrator page
Accessed with special link (login required)
Ability to add/remove other administrators
Need to build a hierarchy with my administrator account being at the top, then a second level administrator that can not remove my account.
Ability to list all users and filter between administrator, hotel provider and consumer
Ability to act as user (hotel provider and consumer only)
