Build a program to simplify operations

We have many customers for whom we serve breakfast, lunch & dinner meals and we customize the meals according to their requirement. We plan their meals with Protein , carbhs & fats. We currently plan their meals on excel, we have to create a dashboard/ software on POWER BI on which we can plan their meals accordingly.
