Build little CRM

Hello everyone. I'm looking to have done a CRM which includes the following data
ID
Nickname
Bringed
Under
Email
Name
WhatsApp
Photo
Procentage
There is something important thing which is required and i must explain it.
As you already saw, there are two fields called Bringer and Under
I want this CRM to be build in such way that i can discover who bringed who, and who is under who ( since my model of business is piramidal) In fact this is the reason i need this little CRM, to have fast evidence which people was bringed by who or who is under who.
Basically i know this script can be made so fast in xcel but i dont want to use xcel for this
