Build me a database with MySQL and based in Linux

I need a backend developer to build a database using SQL for a medical facility use case and organize information for the different stack holders in the database. The database also contains information about the types of patients, and drugs that can be prescribed to patients.

You also implement discretionary access control and grant appropriate system resources.

I also need you to restore backups and restore features of the DBMS to implement a simple auditing system.
