Build RESTful API to connect MySQL database to Epic EMR system

Requirements:
Must be a USA citizen (no exceptions).
Knowledge of HL7 is critical.
Knowledge of the Epic EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software system would be great.
The purpose of this project is to create a RESTful API that connects my MySQL to the Epic EMR system. They provide the connection information. I am looking for someone to help create the connection between the two systems. We will be pulling data from Epic EMR on my MySQL database and we will be sending data from my MySQL database back to Epic EMR.
