Build Multi tenant saas platform

I would like to build a saas platform for identifying various configurations in other saas platforms like github. This would involve developing both Frontend and backend, managing database, deployment, building an analytical dashboard. Tech stack can be discussed as per convenience but would prefer python or node for backend, react for frontend, sql database, deployment on aws.
