I'm looking for a skilled full-stack developer to create an Application Tracking System (ATS) with the following functionalities:
- Resume parsing
- Interview scheduling
- Candidate ranking
- End-to-end recruitment process

User Roles:
- Admin
- Recruiter
- Candidate

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
- Experience in building ATS or similar systems
- Strong database management skills
- Familiarity with user role management and security protocols
- Experience with resume parsing technologies
