Bug Fix SMPP Application

We have 1 SMPP application in that SMPP application we have 1 bug which is passing 1 extra(blank) value in some parameters.

Template ID
TM ID

In these 3 parameters 1 extra value is passing and due to this SMS not getting delivered.
