Seller App
Product Add: Vendors should be able to save Products barcodes by scanning mobile cameras within a seconds with quick detection there should attractive icon of barcode scanning in the Product add page and this should not take duplicate barcodes which are already taken if they are taken already or there should popup alerts like already added or with barcodes number it should show its added successfully message. Vendors should see all barcodes listed and their status of each product's stock if if barcode removed or added it should reflect the product total stock.
Vendor profile:Vendors should be able to Post Intro video in vendor profile by putting any url in profile page and it should be modified and removed and add new one.
Vendor should able to Download Own QR code with App logo
Vendors should be able to set Passcode for Barcodes scanning Order and change it, And this should be secured one.
Vendor should know this is a Barcode scanning order
Sub category & Brand: Vendors should select multi sub categories and brands.
User app
Manual location:Users should be able to save location and use saved location in future for quick access.there should be saved location and new location option.
Qrcode:Users should see a dedicated and attractive QR code button or icon in the home page where manual location is there. This should be very quick responsive when the user presses the Qr code Button mobile camera should autofocus to scan the qr code.it should beep or vibrate if successful. There should be an error message or any other related message .
By scanning Qr code, the user should see the Vendor profile.and go back option in vendor profile
Vendor Profile Page: VendorProfile there should appear share , barcode, store Id No, Coupon code(if available), add button,category with multi sub category filter by amount, brand, ratings..
If the user clicks in the vendor profile wherever it should open vendors detailed information like location, delivery time ,store reviews, phone ,email and store intro videos.
Barcode:If the Customer clicks on the Barcode button the user mobile camera should open and
read the barcode of the product it should be a very fast reading and securer one it should beep or or vibrate if product added successful .in barcode scanning page there should show item added message barcode not found message and total item added into cart , view cart,total item total amount, barcode setting.
Add Button:If the customer clicks on the add button this should add into the cart if the customer wants to manually add.
Store Ratings And reviews:If the customer clicks on store reviews customer should see all rating and other question answers in to Percent and able to survey store and re-survey.
Checkout Page(Coupon) :In the checkout page only selected vendor coupons should appear instead of showing all other store coupon codes if available with that store.and there should appear coupon applied status.
My Order:There should be a store review and rating page in my order page all questions are in figma.
Pos Confirmation:There should be a passcode after confirming the order. This code will be handled by the vendor not the user.
My cart: There should be a barcode icon into my cart for adding another product and the cart product should be removable and addable. Overall it should be the same as my cart.
Payment Method : For Scan Pos There should be an auto selected Store payment method option.
Sub Category: There should be multi sub-sub category.
Search:There Is no auto suggest in the search box so there should be auto suggest while typing text into the search box.
Rewards Points : This should work as per admin net income needs to be corrected in the app too.
Admin Panel
Brand Add: Admin should able to add,remove approve and edit brand
Sub-sub Category: Admin should be able to create, edit and delete multi-sub categories.
Scan Report: Admin should be able to see scan report(into transaction report) and store wise scan report Admin should be able to search scan report by module, zone,store and timewise.There should be filter export and search option.Scan report must contain sn,customer name , contact,store name,store area,date of scanned,purchase status,order id ,order amount,payment type.
Product Detail page: Admin should know times of searches to the product. There should be another Barcodes list Option into product detail page this should contain number of total barcode .There should be search box export.that barcode list should contain sn, barcode,order id, status(in and sold out), customer name,and action to delete.
Customer list Page:There need to be added a total order,loyalty point or Reward and joining date column into the customer list.
Customer detail(Order list) : There need to be added store name ,order status,total item,total referral Commision ,AdminNet Income. This should be exportable.
Transaction & report (Order Transaction) :There needed to add customer name,purchase amount,commision rate.
Vendor Transaction(Order transaction): There need to be add Purchase amount, Purchase date,Admin commission(sale/profit),
Vendors review:There should be store ratings and review status of the store as well. .
Order : Admin should know the scanned order in order status if it is scanned by the user and done payment.
Vendor Store Intro Video: There should be approval and submitting url of store intro video from admin site if not uploaded by store owner
Area Management : admin should see view in action icon it should show district wise and municipality and town wise total store list with column subscription and non subscription option if clicks in view icon. .
Rewards Points: This should be deducted as per admin net income.
