Backend to control ridders like zomato, foodpanad or talabat

I am looking for a backend system that will allow me to control riders, similar to platforms like Zomato, Foodpanda, or Talabat. The system should have the following features:
- Delivery tracking: I need to be able to track the status and location of each delivery in real-time.
In addition, I require a complete rider management system that includes:
- Rider assignment: The system should allow me to assign riders to specific orders.
- Rider tracking: I should be able to track the location of each rider in real-time.
- Rider performance evaluation: I need to be able to evaluate and manage the performance of each rider.
The backend system should be developed for both web and mobile platforms, allowing me to access and control the system from any device.
