Backend collaboration for Symfony, Laravel, AWS, kubernetes, hexagonal archytecture and performance

We are looking for one backend developer with a seniority level to collaborate by helping our website to improve performance and develope some new functionalities.
We are a startup at the edtech area in Spain, reinventing education with extracurricular activities.
Our core technologies frameworks are Symfony and Laravel. We are currently migrating from Heroku to AWS, so we will need support in this process. We are already working with some expert from the AWS area.
Other technologies we use:
- mysql, redis, php-fpm, nginx
- clean code, solid, hexagonal architecture, ddd, design patterns
- git, github, github actions
- currently migrating from heroku to aws, docker, kubernetes, ci, cd
The idea is establishing a collaboration for some months, with a significant availability according to the Spanish timezone, through a fixed price per hour.
We are located in Spain, so if you are Spanish, or have Spanish knowledge, it will be more comfortable to understand all the documentation and communicate with the team, but with Google Translate we guess it won't be a big issue.
