as support, we receive so many chats per day so i wanna automate just the acceptance of the coming chat not the answers, see we work on Russian platform called webim for live chat and we have two important boxes when you are online on the platform "waiting for an answer" and "in chat with you" when a chat comes up it's on waiting for answer and it counts dows 40s as soon as you start typing the chat got accepted and it shows on in chat with you then it's accepted, you can see what i wanna automate i want the coming chat in the first box to automatically type a letter to be accepted under 10s.
