Attendance software ( SMARTPASS / MIPS ) MYSQL_57

We have purchased a Facial recognition attendance device (android) which has a attendance APK to synchroze and push the data through LAN IP connection to a given software called ( SMARTPASS ) .
currently it is working with MYSQL database ,

everything is working fine ,

but we are facing problem in the loading time .
as sometimes when some new registration has to be made , when we try to load the software keeps on loading .

& for making the setting for the attendance record to come correctly .

for example ,
we have 2 work timings

Morning 6am to evening 6pm
evening 6pm to next day 6am

so any employees going in between this timings , the records should show correctly .

even if its not using this time shifts and
if actualy TIME in & TIME OUt is shown properly also is fine .

but the data's should be fast and must be able to get output

this is the only 5 data's we require
