Arma 3 Altis Life server script writer

Plan to launch a server in Arma 3 with the Altis Life framework. Currently have a map, custom skins, as well as some bought custom scripts that have been integrated. However, actually scripting is beyond us and I'd like to hire somebody who could write custom script for the server, as well as setting up the database for the server. Depending on how things go it could become a recurring job. We have a monthly budget of 1k USD that we can use to pay for some work each month.
