All-Age Educational Kiosk

I'm seeking an expert to design and implement an interactive touchscreen display system with midi keyboard that will serve an educational purpose for museum visitors of all ages.

Requirements:

I have an open office based full functional pre version for reference. The sound engine ist ni Kontakt. The aim of the system is making old instruments playable for everybody and get multimedia informations about the instruments and the collections of instruments in the museum in Hamburg Germany. The display shall be in German and English and should be open for later integration of more instruments and content.
