Advanced Real Estate Database Creation

I'm in need of an experienced database developer with a versatile expertise, since my preferred database platform hasn't been determined yet. Could be made on the most basic programs i.e excel etc.
Key Features:
- You'll be building a real estate database embedded with searchable fields such as area, price, property size, beds, baths, location, agent commission, and amenities. Additional fields like the agent's direct contact number and information about the real estate manager (RM), such as their contact number, should also be included.
- The database should support search functionality that allows querying by any combination of the aforementioned fields, permitting users to narrow their search by one or more inputs.
- Must be extremely user friendly and easy to change as needed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of designing and implementing databases
- Expertise in multiple database platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Real estate or similar industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- An ability to design intuitive, user-friendly search mechanisms
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy and integrity
- Strong communication skills to understand and implement specific project requirements.
