Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of SQL reports and dashboards focused on customer behavior and inventory management.
- Ensuring all data is updated in real-time.
Ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of Adobe Commerce Intelligence (ACI / MBI) and experience in dashboard creation.
Example scripts we require:
1. User activity: Log in date / time, length of session, did user make a purchase, did user abandon a basket.
2. Order activity: A list of all products purchased, including fields such as order number, user, product code, product price, order status, shipping address.
3. Product catalogue: A list of all products in the system, including fields such as price, catalogue details, images, attachments, category tree.
