Additional reports needed for Hospital management system developed using CAKE PHP, MYSQL & APACHE

We have a hospital management system developed using CAKE PHP, MYSQL & APACHE few changes have to made in the application. For that we need an experienced developer in cake PHP.
We are a hospital in Nagpur and we have been using the application for the last five years.
We need reports to monitor the billing of insurance and company employees who avail cashless treatment:
Rules/SOP for billing Staff for timely bill file submission of cashless patients are as follows:
If a file is delayed beyond 1 week for submission of all documents and if all queries are not answered by 1 week then the concerned billing executive should immediately inform the billing whatsapp group that it is delayed.
There is a 1 month (from date of discharge) deadline before which we have to submit documents. We need to verify any NMI or queries.
