Add features in existing website (Laravel, PHP)

We used omnimart from codecanyon and developed whole website on that only. (Potsia.in)
Want to add features in our website as mentioned below:
I want to add 3rd tab on the product page, in the script only two tabs options are given one description and one specification.
2) I need an abandoned Checkout auto-email feature. (if any customer adds a product to the cart and doesn't purchase and leaves the website so I want to see those customers' information to set up an email sequences
Update gift box checkbox with additional note feature. So that clint can gift wrap the parcel and dispatch it at checkout page or product page. likje mentioned in this product page
Backend to link a product to different subcategories or child categories or collections
Example- money plant comes under below categories or sub
a) Indoor plant
b)Good luck plant
c) Air purifier plant
d)table top plants etc
