Add API Logging to Magento2

We are having problems with Authorize.net capturing and processing Credit Cards. See Error in attached Images.
They request that we supply them with an "API Call Log". Ouir Magento2 version (2.4.3 p1) we don't get the api call logs. .. we only get access logs and php error logs. We need these logs right away.
