Adapt and Integrate PHP Systems into SaaS Platform Using ERPGo

I have two working systems written in pure PHP:

A system to automatically receive SINPE Móvil payments and bank transfers

An importation cost calculator that processes invoices and calculates item costs based on additional expenses

They are currently working for a single company only, and everything is manual.

I am purchasing ERPGo SaaS – All In One Business ERP With Project, Account, HRM, CRM & POS and I need a professional developer to:

Main Goal:
Integrate both systems as custom modules inside ERPGo SaaS

Adapt the whole solution to a multi-tenant SaaS model

Enable monthly subscription per module

Automate client signup, setup, and dashboard access per business

Module Details:
1. SINPE & Bank Transfer Module:
Allows clients to configure phones and bank details

Automatically detects received SINPE or bank transfer payments

Displays the payment history and export options (Excel, PDF, etc.)

2. Importation Cost Module:
Allows uploading invoices manually or from Excel

Records expenses and calculates the real cost per item

Displays a complete cost summary per product and per import

Key Business Logic:
The system must support multi-tenant structure (each company with separate data)

The superadmin controls which modules each company can access

When a user logs in, they only see the modules they subscribed to:

If Juan subscribes to the SINPE module only → he sees only SINPE

If José subscribes to both → he sees both modules in his dashboard

Monthly billing must be handled per module activated

Deliverables:
Functional integration of both systems as ERPGo modules

Proper use of empresa_id or tenant ID to separate data

Module management by superadmin

Clean and well-documented code

Looking for:
Freelancer with Laravel + SaaS experience

Ability to transform legacy PHP apps into ERPGo modules

Previous experience with ERPGo is a plus
